Cancellation policy
At Granja Labrada we take care of every booking as if it were our own. Plans can change, so here's how payments, date changes and cancellations work.
Bookings with accommodation
(with or without an included activity)
How payment is split
- 25 % of the total when you book — a deposit that secures your spot.
- Remaining 75 % charged automatically 15 days before your arrival, on the same card used at booking.
Date changes
No fee. You keep everything paid and we apply it to the new dates, subject to availability. Let us know by email at info@granjalabrada.com.
Cancellation
- More than 15 days before arrival → you only lose the 25 % deposit; the 75 % charge will not yet have been made.
- 15 days or less before arrival → cancellation means losing 100 % of the amount (deposit + 75 % if already charged).
Activity bookings without accommodation
(visits, horse rides, trail rides)
- Payment: a non-refundable €5 deposit when booking. The rest is paid at the farm at the end of the activity.
- Date change: no fee, you keep the €5 deposit for the new dates (subject to availability).
- Cancellation: you lose the €5 deposit. No additional charge.
How to change or cancel your booking
Send us an email to info@granjalabrada.com with the name you booked under and your arrival date. We'll confirm via the same channel within 24 hours (a bit longer in high season).
Special cases
For exceptional situations (serious illness, bereavement or accident with proof) we try to find a flexible solution case by case. Let us know as soon as possible and we'll look at it with you.
